Getting Lost

I keep trying to tell Mommy when somebody give you directions such as...
Get off the road when the exit looks like the highway -
Take a right when the apartments look like my old apartment -
Go for about 3 miles and you will run right into it....

No street names?? No ability to follow! We were looking for the post office. Mommy had an idea where it was but hasn't been to this one from this direction in over a year. So we had an adventure. We went left and found an unmanned post office - Nope won't work...so then we went right and wound around - found a new road and got to a place that Mommy did remember. Guess what the directions were wrong but we eventually found the post office. Then Mommy FINALLY pulls out the map and guess what! The post office is very close to the library - Doh! That is where we were going next. Anyway - Mommy made it to the library easily with the map! Where was it 30 minutes before I wonder... :) Mommy is going to teach me how to read a map...but not until I can read. :(

We also ate at a new restaurant Bountiful Bread...although the name indicates good bread - which Mommy loves it wasn't that good. Our roll was hard, the soup wasn't good. Mommy's wrap was good (we both ate it)...notice no bread! My grill cheese was just OK. So the moral of the story - at Bountiful Bread order things without bread! Mommy was scoping out a place for the book club meeting next Saturday...though it would be a good meeting place - she is debating on the food. The meeting is 11:30, but if they go there Mommy is getting a muffin or something and coffee...she can have lunch later! Plus Mommy said it was pricey!
